The app, scanning, the booking page, the API, staff roles, customer chats and workflows never show up as separate lines on your invoice. When the team grows from 5 to 8 people, a Requiply invoice goes up by exactly €21 a month. On Booqable the seventh person already means moving to Scale at $187 a month, plus the app and scanning for each person. The one thing you can buy on top is AI credits, if you run out of the monthly allowance. Advanced includes 2,000 credits, roughly a hundred conversations with the AI assistant. ### What if you work alone? - **App only, no scanning.** Requiply Core costs €16 a month billed yearly, with the app included. On Booqable that is Start at $29 plus $9 for the app, so $38. - **App and scanning.** Booqable's Start plan does not offer scanning, so you need Grow: $69 + $9 + $9 = $87 a month.
