For the customer data you input into Requiply's CRM and other systems, **you are the data controller** and Requiply acts as a **data processor**.

As the data controller for your customer data, you must:

- Have a legal basis for collecting and processing your customers' data
- Obtain necessary consents from your customers
- Provide your customers with your own privacy policy
- Ensure data accuracy and keep it up to date
- Respond to your customers' privacy rights requests
- Comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, etc.)
- Not use Requiply for unlawful data processing
