> Requiply is a B2B SaaS platform for rental businesses to manage equipment inventory, bookings, customers, invoicing, maintenance, and analytics — all from one place. It includes a no-code website builder with online booking, real-time availability calendar to prevent double bookings, SKU-based inventory tracking with QR/barcode support, PDF invoice generation, maintenance workflow with expense tracking, employee & service management, and built-in analytics. Requiply serves equipment rental companies (AV gear, construction tools, party supplies, sports equipment, photography gear, podcast equipment) and property rental businesses. Available in English and Ukrainian with a 14-day free trial.

Requiply is an alternative to Booqable, Rentman, EZRentOut, and other rental management platforms — designed to be simpler and more affordable for small-to-medium rental businesses.

Founded in 2023 in Lviv, Ukraine. The team actively onboards new customers and offers personalized setup assistance.

Supports equipment rental (AV gear, construction tools, party/event supplies, sports equipment, photography gear, podcast equipment, ski/bike rental) and vacation/property rental.

Available in English and Ukrainian (Українська). Ukrainian pages are under the /uk/ prefix.

Payment integrations: Stripe, LiqPay, Plata by Mono and WayForPay — connect any of them and switch between them at any time. Payment links can be generated automatically, attached to emails and documents, and their status tracked live.

Communication integrations: Kyivstar, Twilio and TurboSMS — send booking confirmations, payment reminders and pickup notices automatically via SMS, Viber, WhatsApp or email through workflow automations.

Mobile apps: iOS is available on the App Store (https://apps.apple.com/app/id6760997588); Android is in beta. The mobile app is built for on-site work and supports QR scanning, QR payments, deposit returns, inventory and maintenance management, bookings, clients, and role-based access.
