Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, with prorated credits applied where applicable. ### What happens after the 14-day free trial? Your trial gives you full access to every feature with no card required. When it ends, simply pick the plan that fits and add a payment method — your data stays exactly where you left it. ### Is there a long-term contract? Never. Requiply is month-to-month (or year-to-year if you choose the annual discount) — no setup fees, no termination clauses, no surprises. ### Do you offer refunds? Yes. Every new purchase can be refunded in full if you contact us within 14 days. If anything else isn't right, write to us and we'll work it out. We'd rather earn your business than hold onto it. ### Can I add or remove users mid-cycle? Yes. Every plan starts with one user included, and extra users are 7€ each per month. Add seats whenever your team grows; the prorated amount appears on your next invoice. Remove seats anytime — the credit is applied at the next renewal. ### Which payment methods can I use to pay for Requiply? We accept all major credit and debit cards through our billing provider. ### What are AI credits and what happens when I run out? AI credits pay for the AI features: the Requiply Assistant, the AI website widget and the booking assistant on your client portal. A typical conversation uses about 20 credits. Your plan's credits renew every month, and you can buy extra credits at any time under Settings, AI usage. ### Will I get an invoice with VAT handled for my business? Yes. Payments go through Paddle, which sends an invoice for every payment. Add your company's tax number at checkout, and VAT is removed where the law allows it, for example for businesses in Ukraine. ### Can you move my inventory and clients into Requiply? Yes. Send us your list in any form (Excel, a spreadsheet export or even photos) and our team will import it for you. You can also import inventory and clients yourself from a spreadsheet. ### Is the mobile app included? Yes. The iOS and Android apps come with every plan at no extra cost, and every user account works on both web and mobile. ### Where is my data stored? Your data is stored in the European Union, in Frankfurt, and only your team can access it.
