## **Questions about integrations**

### How do I connect an integration?

An Admin opens Settings → Integrations in the Requiply web app, picks the provider and follows the steps on screen. Every card on this page links to its guide in the knowledge base.

### Are integrations included in every plan?

Yes. Every integration on this page, including the API and the MCP server, works on Core, Advanced and Scale. The AI chat widget and the AI assistant that answers inbox chats come with Advanced and Scale. Providers bill their own fees, such as card processing or the cost of SMS.

### My tool isn't listed. Can you add it?

Tell us through the form above or on a demo call. Several integrations started as customer requests, including the WordPress plugin and the Booqable importer.

### Can I build my own integration?

Yes. The public REST API, the TypeScript SDK and the MCP server cover inventory, availability, pricing, bookings, clients, sales and reports. An Admin creates API keys under Settings → Organization → API keys.

### Why do some integrations show a country?

Those providers only serve businesses in that country, such as Ukrainian payment and SMS services or BLIK in Poland. Anything without a country tag works anywhere.
