Hello Requiply community! We're excited to share our latest update – Requiply 1.1.3! You asked for better team collaboration tools and more flexible pricing, and we listened. This release gives you control over who accesses what in your business and introduces pricing that actually scales with your needs.
1. User Management & Permissions
Managing a team shouldn't mean giving everyone access to everything. Whether you're running a small equipment rental shop or managing multiple vacation properties, you need control over who sees what.

Head to Settings → Accounts and you'll find your new team management hub.

How it works: Only admins can access the Accounts page. Admins automatically have full access to all features, while members start with no permissions – you manually enable what they need for their specific role.
Practical Use Cases
- Reception team at a vacation rental agency – Give front desk staff access only to Booking Management. They handle reservations and customer inquiries without seeing your inventory costs or website editing tools.
- Warehouse workers for equipment rentals – Enable just Inventory Management for your warehouse team. They update stock levels and equipment condition without touching the booking calendar.
- Marketing person – Grant only Website Builder access so they can update property photos and descriptions without seeing booking details or pricing.

This is especially valuable if you're scaling your rental business or working with seasonal staff. You maintain control while empowering your team to handle their specific responsibilities.
2. New Pricing Structure
We completely reworked our pricing to make Requiply more accessible and scalable. The goal? Lower entry point, pay only for what you need.
What Changed
Lower Base Prices:
- Core Plan: Now €14/month (previously €20)
- Advanced Plan: Now €49/month (previously €60)
- Annual Discount: Increased from 10% to 15%
Modular Approach:
Website Builder is now an optional add-on instead of being bundled in. If you already have a website or don't need one yet, you're not paying for features you don't use.
Pay-Per-User Model:
Instead of fixed team sizes, you pay for exactly the number of users you need:
- Core Plan: 1 user included, expandable to 4 total users at €5/user
- Advanced Plan: 5 users included, expandable to 15 total users at €5/user

Practical Examples
- Small tool rental shop (owner + 1 employee): Core plan = €14 + €5 = €19/month total
- Vacation rental management (owner + 4 staff handling bookings): Advanced plan = €49/month (all 5 users included)
- Growing equipment rental (8 team members across warehouse and front desk): Advanced plan = €49 + (3 × €5) = €64/month
This pricing grows with your business naturally. No massive jumps when you add your third or sixth employee.
