Hey, Requiply community! This is our last update of 2025, and we're excited to wrap up the year with the services feature. Now your bookings can include not just equipment, but also labor, delivery, installation, and anything else you offer your clients.
Happy New Year and Merry Christmas! 2025 was the year Requiply launched, and 2026 will be the year your business and our product grow together. Thank you for helping us get better.
1. Services — A New Type of Line Item in Bookings
Previously, Requiply only worked with physical items. Now you can add services — work performed by you or your team.

Adding and editing works the same way as with products.
Service examples for different businesses:
- Stage and event equipment rental: Stage setup, Dismantling, Technical support
- Car rental: Vehicle delivery, Return from another city
- Video equipment rental: Camera operator services, Color correction, Video editing
Special Feature: Quote Pricing
Not everything can be priced based on time spent. For such cases, we've added the "Quote" price type.

When you choose quote pricing for a service, you'll be able to enter a specific amount when creating the booking.
2. Bookings with Services and PDF Invoice
Adding services to a booking works just as simply as adding items.
Step 1: Create the Booking
On the booking creation page, there are now two dropdown lists: "Items" and "Services". Select what you need from each category and create the booking.

Step 2: Export the Invoice
On the bookings page, if you expand a booking row, you'll see two tabs: "Inventory" and "Services".

The PDF invoice now includes a separate section for services. Items and services are clearly separated for client convenience.
3. Access Control for Services
If you have a team with different access levels, you can restrict who can manage services.

In "Settings" → "Organization" → "Accounts" there's a new permission:
- Access to services — access to modify or add services.
