WayForPay Integration in Requiply

A step-by-step guide for setting up the WayForPay integration in Requiply. After completing all the steps, you will be able to accept payments on your website and generate payment links for your bookings.

Inside Requiply, the WayForPay integration works like this: you create a booking, choose WayForPay as the payment type, and the system automatically builds a payment link with all items, prices, and the total amount. You can send this link to the client right away. When the client pays, cancels, or the payment changes status for any other reason, the booking status updates in real time without reloading the page.

Step 1: Log in to the WayForPay dashboard

If you already have a WayForPay account, log in to your merchant dashboard. If you don't have an account yet, register first and complete the basic merchant setup.

Step 2: Create a website in the WayForPay dashboard

After logging in to WayForPay, you need to create the website through which you will accept payments.

1. Add a new website in the dashboard

Create a website in your WayForPay account and specify the primary domain that will be used for accepting payments.

2. Open the settings of the created website

After creating the website, open its own settings. The credentials for the Requiply integration are located in the settings of the specific website, not on the general account page.

Step 3: Copy the required merchant credentials

In the settings of the created WayForPay website, find the merchant credentials.

For the Requiply integration you only need:

• Merchant Login
• Merchant Secret Key

The Merchant Password is not needed for the Requiply integration. This password is used for other WayForPay features that are currently not supported in Requiply.

Step 4: Configure the integration in Requiply

Log in to your Requiply profile:

After signing in, go to the payment integrations settings page:

Then complete the following steps:

1. Click the "Configure" option on the "WayForPay" integration card

2. Fill in the form fields

In the WayForPay integration form in Requiply, specify:

• Website Resource Name: the domain of your website or the name of the web resource you created in WayForPay. For example: requiply.com
• Merchant Login: the value from the WayForPay dashboard
• Merchant Secret Key: the value from the WayForPay dashboard

Then click the "Save" button.

If an error appears, one of the credentials was entered incorrectly, or the website in WayForPay is configured with a different domain. Double-check the values in the created website's settings.

3. Verify the integration succeeded

If all the data is entered correctly, Requiply will immediately show the integration as successfully connected.

Step 5: Use WayForPay in Requiply

After a successful connection, the WayForPay integration can be used in two scenarios:

1. For creating bookings internally

You can create bookings in Requiply and use WayForPay as the payment method to generate payment links for clients.

2. For payments on your website

Go to the Requiply website settings page and open the payments tab:

• Website payment settings

Enable WayForPay in the payment methods and save the changes. After that, clients will be able to pay for orders themselves during checkout on your website.

Congratulations! The WayForPay integration is now fully configured. You can accept payments through your website and create payment links from inside Requiply.

Additional information:

• Test mode of the website in WayForPay:
  While your website in the WayForPay dashboard is in test mode, all payments will be refunded. To start accepting real payments from clients, complete the WayForPay account setup and enable payments for the website in production mode.
• Updating the credentials:
  If you change the Merchant Login, Merchant Secret Key, or the website parameters in WayForPay, update these values on the Requiply payment integrations settings page.
• Website Resource Name:
  We recommend specifying the same domain or web resource that is registered in WayForPay for this website.
• Partial use of the integration:
  You can leave WayForPay disabled on the website but keep using the integration inside Requiply to create bookings and payment links.
• Merchant Password:
  This field exists in the WayForPay dashboard, but it is not used for the current Requiply integration.
