Short answer: for a rental team of two or more, Requiply costs less than half of what Booqable does. The mobile app and staff roles come with every Requiply plan and scanning with Advanced and Scale, while Booqable sells the app and scanning per user on top.
Booqable is the more mature product, though. It has a website builder with dozens of templates, a Shopify plugin, PayPal and a large integration catalog. If that is what you need, Booqable may be the better choice.

Which platform fits which business?
Requiply fits teams that work from their phones in the warehouse and do not want to pay for the app and scanning per person. It also fits if you want AI to answer customers in your chats, want to decide yourself when and how clients get notified, and want a vendor that builds what you ask for.
Booqable fits better if you want a ready-made website from templates, sell through Shopify, need PayPal or rely on a specific app from its integration catalog.
Features and add-on fees
Booqable prices are in US dollars on monthly billing, with the annual-billing price in brackets. "Per user" means you multiply the amount by the number of people who need that feature.

Both have a booking calendar, a customer CRM, PDF invoices, an online booking page with customer accounts, pickup and return checklists and sub-rentals. Booqable takes no commission on bookings. Still, much of what a warehouse team needs is billed separately there. Scanning items with a phone takes two add-ons at once, the app and barcode scanning, so $24 per month for every employee.

The cost for a 5-person team: Requiply Advanced vs Booqable
Take a typical tool or equipment rental: an owner, a manager and three warehouse staff or drivers. All five use the mobile app and scan equipment at pickup and return. Booqable's Start plan has room for one person, so five people need Grow. On Requiply this team fits on Advanced.

That is less than half the Booqable price, before its website builder (+$19 a month billed yearly) and deliveries module (+$9).
Why Requiply has no feature add-ons
You pick a plan and pay only for the number of people. The app, scanning, the booking page, the API, staff roles, customer chats and workflows never show up as separate lines on your invoice.
When the team grows from 5 to 8 people, a Requiply invoice goes up by exactly €21 a month. On Booqable the seventh person already means moving to Scale at $187 a month, plus the app and scanning for each person.
The one thing you can buy on top is AI credits, if you run out of the monthly allowance. Advanced includes 2,000 credits, roughly a hundred conversations with the AI assistant.
What if you work alone?
- App only, no scanning. Requiply Core costs €16 a month billed yearly, with the app included. On Booqable that is Start at $29 plus $9 for the app, so $38.
- App and scanning. Booqable's Start plan does not offer scanning, so you need Grow: $69 + $9 + $9 = $87 a month. On Requiply that is Advanced at €42.

How hard is it to switch from Booqable to Requiply?
Not hard, and you can do it yourself. Create an API key in Booqable, paste it into Settings > Integrations > Data migration in Requiply and choose what to bring: settings such as working hours and price tiers, customers, products with stock and photos, and bookings with payments. Booqable keeps working while you test, and running the import again before you switch picks up everything that changed in the meantime.
