Bookings

The rules every rental follows: statuses and their transitions, how bookings are created, minimum duration and buffers, deposits, subrentals, and message templates.

Booking settings control booking statuses, booking creation rules, duration rules, and communication around bookings.

Status configuration

Booking statuses define the statuses a booking can move through, the allowed transitions between them, whether each status holds inventory, and its lifecycle (active, completed, or cancelled), which the Dashboard and reports rely on. Every status is your organization's own: the seven you start with can be renamed, recolored, and deleted like any status you add.

Booking duration settings add time before or after bookings so teams can prepare items, inspect returns, or avoid tight turnarounds.

Subrentals

Subrental settings control the default supplier markup and supplier directory. This entry appears only after an organization admin enables subrentals under Organization → Features.

Message templates

Message templates are the messenger counterpart to email templates — the short texts workflows send over SMS, Viber, and Telegram. Telegram templates can also carry formatting, PDF attachments, and link buttons.
