Pricing settings define reusable pricing rules that change how item prices are calculated for bookings and how prices are shown to specific clients.

Pricing tiers
Manage reusable tiered pricing groups that charge a different percentage of an item's base price depending on how long the item is booked. Tier groups are assigned to inventory item groups and used by booking price calculation. Admin only.
Pricing discounts
Create and manage percentage-based discounts that can be assigned to individual clients or bulk-assigned from the Clients page. Discounts apply at the client level whenever pricing is shown for that client. Admin only.
Data migration
Move your Booqable account into Requiply with an API key: settings (working hours, buffers, default deposit, company contacts, pricing tiers), customers, products with stock and photos, and bookings with payments. Run it again without duplicates, or request a custom migration from another system.
Overview
Charge less per day the longer equipment is rented, by defining percentage rates for duration ranges and reusing them across the catalog.
