Billing & plans

Your Requiply subscription: plans and prices, subscribing through Paddle, changing plan or seats, cancelling and resuming, invoices, trial, and renewals.

The Billing & Plans page is where an organization manages its Requiply subscription: the current plan and trial, subscribing, changing the plan or the number of accounts, the payment method, invoices, and cancellation.

How much Requiply costs: there are three plans, billed per month or per year. See Plans and prices below for the full comparison, including what each plan includes and the cost of extra accounts and locations. Every new organization starts on a free trial.

You can find it under Settings → Organization → Billing & Plans, between Features and AI usage, at https://app.requiply.com/settings/org/billing.

Administrators only. Only members of the Administratorspermission group can open this page.
Subscriptions are billed through Paddle. Since version 1.2.91 (September 2026), Requiply subscriptions are paid through Paddle, which processes the payment and handles VAT. Subscription payments made earlier through Monobank stay in the invoice history. AI credit top-ups are one-time Paddle payments too, see AI usage. Your clients' payments are not affected, see Payments.

How much Requiply costs

Subscribing

Choose a plan

Click Activate plan on Billing & Plans. Choose your plan opens with:

  • a Monthly / Yearly (save up to 15%) switch,
  • cards for Core, Advanced (Most Popular), and Scale (Coming soon),
  • an Accounts counter on each card. It cannot go below the accounts already in use, or above the plan's maximum,
  • {total}€ billed once a year under yearly prices.

A card is disabled when your organization has more accounts than the plan allows: This plan allows up to {max} accounts, but your organization has {count}. Remove accounts to choose it. Click Subscribe.

Pay in the checkout

Complete your subscription opens at /subscriptions/checkout:

  • Order summary on the left: the plan, Billed monthly or Billed yearly, 1 user seat included, Additional user seats: {count}, Subtotal, VAT, Due today, and Then {amount} every month (or year).
  • The Paddle payment form on the right, built into the page.
  • Paying as a business?: enter Country of registration, Business or entrepreneur name, Tax number (ІПН / VAT ID), and Billing email, then Apply tax number. Paddle does not charge VAT where your country exempts businesses.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which handles order-related inquiries and returns.

Wait for confirmation

After paying, the page reads Confirming your payment… while Paddle finishes, usually a few seconds. It then shows Thank you for subscribing! and Go to billing. If confirmation takes longer than 45 seconds, the page says the plan will activate automatically, and you can keep working.

Subscribing during the trial ends the trial immediately. Unused trial days are not added to the paid period.
The Paddle payment form is shown in English when the interface language is Ukrainian, because Paddle does not support Ukrainian.

Changing the plan or the number of accounts

  1. Click Adjust plan on Billing & Plans, or Add Account (at the limit) or Adjust billing on Accounts.
  2. On Choose your plan, pick a plan, a billing period, or a new number of accounts, and click Change plan.
  3. The Confirm plan change dialog shows Current → New as plan, period, and number of users.
ChangeWhen it takes effectWhat is charged
Upgrade: a higher plan, more accounts, or a different billing periodImmediatelyPaddle charges the prorated difference for the rest of the current period right away. The renewal date does not change. The dialog shows Due now, Includes VAT, and Next payment on {date}. If the charge fails, nothing changes.
Downgrade: a lower plan or fewer accountsAt the next renewalNothing is charged today, and you keep what you paid for until Takes effect on {date}.

After confirming, Requiply shows one of:

  • Your plan has been updated.
  • Your plan has been updated. €{amount} was charged for the rest of the current period.
  • Your plan change is scheduled for {date}. You keep your current plan until then.

A scheduled downgrade also shows as From {date}: {users} users on the plan card, Renews on {date} as {plan} with {users} users on Billing & Plans, and From {date} the limit is {maxAccounts} accounts. on Accounts.

Adding accounts is charged immediately. Some older texts in the app, such as the plan FAQ and the account tooltip, say changes are added to the next invoice. The actual behavior is the prorated charge described above.

Payment method

Payment method opens the Paddle customer portal in a new tab, where you can change the card used for renewals. It appears only for subscriptions paid through Paddle.

Cancelling and resuming

To cancel your Requiply subscription, use the Cancel subscription action described below. Cancelling schedules the subscription to stop at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.

  1. Click Cancel in the Cancel plan row.
  2. The Cancel subscription? dialog shows Your subscription will end on {date}. and explains that you keep full access until then, no further charges are made, and you can resume before the period ends.
  3. Click Cancel subscription, or Keep subscription to close the dialog.

Requiply shows Subscription will be cancelled at the period end, and the status line changes to Your subscription will end on {date}.

To undo it, click Resume on Billing & Plans before that date. After the period has ended, resuming is no longer possible: subscribe again from Choose your plan.

Trial, renewals, and failed payments

  • Trial. New organizations get a free 14-day trial with no card, see the First setup checklist. When it ends, members are sent to Choose your plan with Your free trial period has ended. Please subscribe to continue using all features.
  • Renewals. Paddle charges the subscription automatically. Each successful payment extends access to the end of the new period, plus 3 days of grace.
  • Failed payments. A failed renewal shows as Failed in Invoices, and Paddle retries the charge. If it keeps failing, access ends after the grace period, and members are sent to Choose your plan with a notice that the subscription payment is overdue.
  • AI credits. Plan AI credits reset with the first payment and each renewal, not with a prorated plan change. See AI usage.

Earlier Monobank subscriptions

Before version 1.2.91, subscriptions were paid through Monobank.

  • Those payments stay in Invoices, without a PDF.
  • Nothing renews through Monobank anymore.
  • An organization that still has an active Monobank subscription sees Subscribe instead of Change plan, and no Payment method button. Its first Paddle payment replaces the old subscription.

Common scenarios

Subscribing before the trial ends

Open Billing & Plans, click Activate plan, choose Core or Advanced and the number of accounts, and pay in the checkout. The trial ends at that moment and the paid period starts.

Adding an account for a new hire

On Accounts, click Adjust billing, raise Accounts on your current plan, and confirm. The prorated amount for the rest of the period is charged immediately, and the new account slot is available right away.

Switching to yearly billing

Click Adjust plan, switch to Yearly, and confirm the change. Changing the billing period takes effect immediately with a prorated charge.

Moving from Advanced to Core

Make sure the organization has no more than 2 accounts, then choose Core and confirm. The change is scheduled for the renewal date, and Advanced features stay available until then.

Tips and cautions

Tip: Enter your company's tax number under Paying as a business? before paying. Paddle then applies the correct VAT treatment to the invoice.
Heads up: Cancelling does not delete anything and does not stop access immediately. The organization keeps full access until the end of the paid period.
