Organization settings

Organization settings control your workspace identity, optional features, team access, subscription and billing, operating locations, language, schedule, employee records, and AI credits.

Organization info

Edit your organization's name, main email, description, and light or dark mode logos. This information appears across invoices, the client portal, email templates, and customer-facing pages.

Features

Enable optional organization-wide functionality: subrentals, pickup and return checklists with their unit assignment mode, booking cost adjustments, and, on the Advanced plan, QR codes & barcodes. Each feature is off until an organization admin switches it on here.

Accounts

Manage the users who can log in to your Requiply organization. Invite team members by email, assign each one a permission group, resend pending invitations, and add account slots through Choose your plan.

Billing & plans

See your plan or trial, subscribe or change the plan and the number of accounts through Paddle, update the payment method, download invoices, and cancel or resume the subscription.

Locations

Create and maintain the places your organization operates from, including branches, warehouses, pickup points, service areas, and virtual locations.

Localization

Choose the default language for your organization. This controls the language baseline for the internal system, invoices, the client portal, documents, and customer-facing content.

Date & time settings

Set your organization's timezone and weekly working schedule. Requiply uses these settings to limit booking, pickup, and return times, except for members whose permission group allows booking outside of working hours.

Employees and subcontractors

Manage your staff and the outside companies you hire (stage crews, drivers, freelancers). Each profile has a payout rate, an optional photo or logo and linked login, and a detail page with what they are owed from booking services and tasks.

AI usage

Track your included and purchased AI credits, see when plan credits renew, and buy additional credits when your organization needs more AI capacity.
