Settings
The Settings page is where you configure everything about your organization, from business details and team access to payment integrations and booking rules. Changes here affect your invoices, public website, and day-to-day operations.
Open Settings with Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. The settings menu opens as its own card next to the page, with a Search settings box at the top, and the main sidebar collapses to icons to make room. Expand it again with the panel button at the top left. See How the app is laid out.
Organization Settings
Information
Organization info lets admins edit the organization's name, contact details, logo, and other business info. This data appears on your invoices, your public website, and anywhere your organization is referenced across Requiply.
Features
Features switches optional organization-wide functionality on or off: subrentals, pickup & return checklists, booking cost adjustments, sales of goods such as memory cards and batteries (see Sales), and on the Advanced plan QR codes & barcodes for inventory labels and mobile scanning.
Accounts
Accounts lets admins invite team members by email, set their role and permissions, and remove users from your organization. Invited people set their own password when they accept.
Manage Locations
Locations store physical locations tied to your business, such as a warehouse, pickup point, or office. Locations show up on your invoices and appear during website checkout so customers know where to pick up their rental.
Localization
Localization controls language settings for the Requiply interface and public-facing content.
Date & Time
Date & time settings configure your timezone and working hours. The working hours you define here are used to limit available pickup and return time slots during checkout.
Employees
Employees and subcontractors stores the people and outside crews who do paid work, with fixed, hourly, or percentage rates. Assign them to services on bookings and to inventory tasks, and each profile shows what they are owed.
Sidebar menu layout
Sidebar menu layout reorders and hides the sections and pages of the main menu, for yourself on your Account page or for everyone in a permission group.
Integrations
Payments
Payments connects a payment provider to accept online payments. Currently, Requiply supports Plata by Mono integration.
Communications
Communications connects a messaging provider — TurboSMS, Kyivstar, Twilio, or your own Telegram bot — so workflows can message the client on a booking automatically.
Document signing
Document signing connects an electronic document-flow provider — currently Vchasno — so PDFs saved to a booking can be sent for a qualified electronic signature and tracked from the booking's Documents card.
AI
AI connects Requiply to AI assistants through MCP so they can answer questions about your organization, inventory, availability, quotes, clients, bookings, and reports. This is separate from the Requiply Assistant built into the app, which needs no setup.
Pricing
Pricing Tiers
Pricing tiers create tiered pricing groups based on rental duration. A pricing tier group lets you define percentage-based rates that decrease as the rental period gets longer. For example, you might charge 100% for 1-2 days, 90% for 3-5 days, and 85% for 6+ days. Duration is counted in days or hours depending on the item's price type. Once created, pricing tier groups can be assigned to individual inventory items.
Pricing Discounts
Pricing discounts creates named percentage-based discounts. These discounts are not applied automatically. They are designed to be assigned to specific clients under Clients > Manage Clients, giving those clients a consistent discount across their bookings.
Bookings
Booking statuses
Booking statuses manages the statuses a booking can be in, the allowed transitions between them, whether a status holds inventory, and its lifecycle (active, completed, or cancelled), which decides how the booking is counted on the Dashboard and in reports. Every status, the seven you start with included, can be renamed, recolored, or deleted.
Booking creation
Booking creation controls booking creation, date selection, checkout behavior, and cart-related booking rules, including the status new bookings start in and the status booking requests arrive in.
Booking duration
Booking duration controls how start and end date buffers work for your bookings. Buffers add padding between rentals, giving you time to prepare items before the next customer picks them up.
Email Templates
Email templates creates and manages templates used for client communication. Each template is built through a form-based editor with full HTML customization support. You can use dynamic variables to insert booking details, client info, and organization data into your templates. Templates are used when sending emails to clients, either manually from a booking or automatically via Workflows.
Message templates
Message templates creates the short messages workflows send over SMS, Viber, and Telegram. Templates use the same dynamic variables as email templates plus {{#if …}} blocks, and Telegram templates can add formatting, PDF attachments, and link buttons.
Custom export templates
Custom export templates designs the printable PDF documents Requiply generates from a booking — rental agreements, handover acts, packing lists, and similar paperwork. Templates use the same kind of dynamic variables as email templates, plus optional {{#if …}} blocks, and appear alongside the invoice in the Export dialog on every booking.
Inventory
Categories
Categories organize inventory into categories, such as Cameras, Audio Equipment, or Vehicles. Categories are flat. There is no nested or hierarchical structure. Assigning categories helps keep your catalog organized and makes it easier for customers to browse your rental website.
Workflows
Workflows
Workflows automate actions based on booking events using a simple Trigger + Action model. Each workflow pairs a trigger with an action and runs automatically for every future booking that matches.
Available triggers:
- Booking created: Fires when a new booking is made.
- Status reached: Fires when a booking reaches a specific status.
- Payment status reached: Fires when a booking's payment reaches a specific status.
- Relative time reached: Fires at a configured offset before or after a booking's start or end time.
Available actions:
- Send email: Sends a selected email template, configured under Bookings > Email Templates, to the booking's client.
- Send email to list: Sends a selected email template to a custom list of internal or external recipients (the booking's client is not included).
Fields
Entity fields
Entity fields define custom fields, attributes, and metadata used to capture additional information across Requiply entities.
Level configurations
Level configurations map fields and behavior to entity levels or hierarchy levels, and decide which client and booking fields are required or shown when a new client or booking is created.
Table column layout
Table column layout controls table layouts, column visibility, and ordering.
Detail page fields
Detail page fields controls which rows appear on item, item group, client, and booking detail pages, and in what order.
Conversations and comments
Answering clients and teammates from the Requiply mobile app: the conversations inbox, the long-press menu on messages and comments (reply, copy, edit, delete), linking a client to a conversation, the photo viewer and the Assistant tab.
